Amazing site! Super reasonable with price matching options as well!! The site is user friendly and is kept updated.... and was actually faster than Amazon🤯!! None of the, "confirmed order" and then saying...sorry we actually don't have it. I could not believe how quickly my 1st order was delivered (2DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER ) in a rural area. My order came neatly packaged and it is everything I wanted and more🥰 I will definitely be telling everyone I can about this site and my experience.

I was very happy to receive my cup. It kept my ice coffee cold and the ice still hard after I left it in the car for three hours. The car was parked in the hot sun but the cup kept my cold drink cold

There was a shipping problem re. tracking not being scanned originally by the USPS, but while I was not initially thrilled about the policy at the House re. providing a replacement as I had a trip coming up soon, it worked out, and their support staff were attentive after it became clear there was an issue. An issue that The House was not responsible for, by the way.

Tent's now here and seams sealed, so it'll be going along for my now-delayed trip afterall.

I was a bit disappointed that the floor plan of the Eureka Kohana 6 won't provide as much room for my cot as I'd hoped, but it ought to work out OK.

Bought an item from the site. It came in the original package but was the wrong color. New condition. So I thought this is great. I don’t really care about the color. I bought the same item again. No original packaging, this thing looks used and abused. The packaging was bad, but who ever put this item into the box could clearly see it was a scratch and dent (like thrown out of a truck on the highway) condition. The price was the best on the internet but I won’t be back. It’s not worth the savings to me to hope I get what was described.

Never received the boots I ordered back in November of 2021. For months was told they were on back order. Customer service number and email no longer work. They charged the name of their company to the-house.com.

Very good experience - ordered a skateboard for 50% off, chose free shipping instead of $10 for guaranteed 3-6 days. Arrived in 5 days with tracking from Fed Ex. Board as expected, minor shop marks but zero problem with that given the size of the discount. Overall very satisfied.
